The Website is operated by Health Under Control LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Health Under Control LLC”, “Unblocked Health”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

5. Nature of Services – Educational and Coaching Only
Unblocked Health provides education, coaching, and self-regulation tools, including but not limited to:
One-on-one and small group coaching sessions.
Workshops, courses, and programs focused on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and performance.
Information about breathwork, HRV biofeedback, Mind Shifting, and related modalities.
The Services:
Are not medical care, healthcare, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other licensed professional service.
Do not establish a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or other licensed provider–patient relationship.
Do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
Are not intended as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare professional.
You remain solely responsible for your health and for seeking appropriate professional care as needed.
6. No Medical or Emergency Services
Do not use the Website or Services:
To seek emergency help for medical or psychiatric conditions.
As a substitute for urgent or routine medical care.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call your local emergency number (such as 911), visit the nearest emergency room, or contact a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
7. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

For any recurring subscriptions, your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless you cancel in accordance with the terms presented at checkout or in the applicable Program Terms.
Any specific payment, refund, cancellation, or rescheduling policies for a program (for example, the No-Nonsense Shift three-session package) will be governed by that program’s Program Terms, which you must review and accept before enrolling.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Except as expressly stated at the point of purchase or in applicable Program Terms:
All payments are final and non-refundable.
You are responsible for any fees resulting from your cancellation or rescheduling choices as described in the relevant Program Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. User Content
If the Website allows you to submit or upload any content (for example, forms, comments, testimonials, or messages), you agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
