Most people try to fix their health with more information. What keeps them stuck is an emotional rule set they did not choose.

An Unblocked Mind work uses Mind Shifting and the Emotional Physics lens to surface those rules and let your nervous system update them. We always start with a specific problem that keeps looping in your life. The process is structured and practical.

You know it is working when the same trigger feels neutral or workable instead of overwhelming, and when your behavior changes without forcing it.

Healthy Gut

Once your system can respond, we look directly at the gut. Depending on your case, that can include GI-MAP stool testing, food immune testing, and targeted blood work.

We do not run every possible lab. We select the few that can actually change what we do. From there we build a plan to remove specific stressors, restore digestion, and support the microbiome in ways your body can tolerate right now.

Over time we track both the numbers and how your day feels, then adjust.

Strong Foundations

Your nervous system sets the ceiling for everything else. If you live in a constant fight-or-flight state, even the best protocol will feel like another stressor.

Here we use Heart Rate Variability and CO₂-aware breath training, along with simple D.R.E.S.S. work (Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress, Supplements), to restore a stable baseline. You learn what “calm and ready” actually feels like in your body and how to return there on purpose.

Devices are temporary. The long-term foundation is your internal sense of when your system is regulated.

If I Can Do It

I was not supposed to be a case that turned around.

By my thirties I had rotated through medications for Crohn’s disease, watched my life shrink around flare forecasts, and been told that the best realistic outcome was management: continued medication trials, reoccuring surgeries, increased cancer risk.

One night I opened the fridge and saw the most recent cardboard tray of pre-loaded syringes. It was a glimpse of the next few decades. I realized I had a choice. Keep following the same logic and accept the same future, or step off the track and treat my own physiology as the main reference point.

I chose the second option.

I stopped chasing every new protocol and started asking better questions. What exactly was my immune system reacting to? What did the data say about the gut barrier? How could I change inputs in a way that was both aggressive and testable? Was there an even deeper underlying cause?

Within months I was off the surgery schedule. Within a few years I was off medication and clinically in remission. I am now in my fifties, still Crohn’s-free, with more stability than I had in my twenties.

That experience forced me to build a way of thinking about health that I now use with every client.

Using Mind Shifting, a Socratic style of dialogue, we slow down the rush to “fix it” and ask better questions:

This is not therapy and not mindset cheerleading. It is precise work on the rules your nervous system has been following, often without your consent. Many people who come through the No-Nonsense Shift work with me only at this level, because once the meaning layer changes, a lot of symptoms and decisions become simpler.

When we do use labs, they never sit in a vacuum.

We treat test results as constraints and clues, not as verdicts. As we wait for labs and when we review them, we keep asking:

  • What story are you telling yourself about these numbers.

  • Does that story increase fear and helplessness, or clarity and choice.

  • How do these findings change what actually matters in your day.

Mind Shifting shows up here again. We use it to dismantle hidden assumptions (“my body is broken,” “this is who I am now”) so the data stays in its proper place—as information you can use, not an identity you have to live under.
